Accounts and Passwords

Your account contains your delivery and billing details, any shopping lists that you have created and a record of your orders. You will need your email address and password to see or edit your personal details. Please note that we do not store your credit card details on our website. 

If you are a new customer, you can create an account by going to the My Account page.

If you can’t remember your password, go to the My Account sign-in page and click on 'Forgotten Password' or click on the link in the Account menu on the right. When prompted enter your email address and a new password will be automatically emailed to you. For security reasons, our Customer Service team cannot see your password, so are unable to confirm it for you.

Please take the utmost care whenever you visit our website or any other ecommerce site and, in particular, make sure that nobody is able to obtain your password (if you use one). Once you have completed your purchase and to ensure all confidential information is removed, we recommend that you close all browsers.

Refurb Phone uses Shopify Payments / Klarna / Paypal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay for the provision of Credit Card and Debit Card payment facilities via their Checkout online payment service. In addition to providing you with a highly convenient means of making payment, it also gives you peace of mind about the security of your card payments:

 

  • Your card information / Login details are only entered onto the pages that are SSL certfied. You will know when a page is SSL certfied when a padlock icon appears in the URL link.
  • Your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
  • The payments service provider protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
  • At no time will any Refurb Phone employee have access to your credit/debit card details.
