You must pay all amounts due before dispatch, provide accurate personal details, and not impersonate anyone. We reserve the right to change content, prices, or product specifications with notice if needed. We may also withdraw goods/services at our discretion.

Changes to subscription services (including price increases >10%) will be communicated in advance. You may cancel before the changes take effect. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Orders are only accepted from UK residents. You must be 18+ to enter into a service contract. A contract is formed upon dispatch, payment, or service delivery. We may decline or limit any order without prior notice.

All graded phones are under the VAT margin scheme (VAT not reclaimable). Accessories include VAT. Full payment is required before dispatch. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest and may lead to service suspension.

Goods can be cancelled within 14 days, and returned within 14 more. Refunds require items to be complete and undamaged.

Devices in the Fair, Very Good and Premium Refurbished condition include a 12-month warranty unless physical or liquid damage occurs. New accessories carry manufacturer warranties. We may charge for repair if the device was damaged outside the terms of warranty.

We process your personal information for order fulfilment, fraud prevention, marketing (if opted in), and customer service. Data may be shared securely with third parties to improve the service and provide sales statistics.

All written communication must be sent to our registered Hounslow address or through our website contact form. Please ensure you receive a confirmation or acknowledgment.

We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Liability is limited as permitted under UK law.

Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

No third party shall have rights to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations. We may freely assign or transfer our responsibilities under this agreement.

Complaints can be made via our website contact form, email (sales@refurbphone.com), or phone (0203 773 5252). You may also use the EU ODR platform for unresolved disputes.

All calls may be recorded or monitored for training, compliance, and quality control purposes.

Our site uses 128-bit SSL encryption for secure payment handling. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders placed before 2β€―pm aim for same-day dispatch. Orders over Β£30 use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders under Β£30 may use Royal Mail 2nd Class. Special and Saturday delivery upgrades are available. Make sure all delivery information is accurate at checkout.
