Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not available during delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card. You can rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from your local depot.
