Returns Policy
Cancellations & Refunds
As part of distanceโselling regulations in the EEA, you can cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your parcel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and must not be damaged.
If a product is received damaged on delivery, you must report this within 24 hours of receiving the device. Please use the contact details below. Failure to report within this time may result in an admin fee or rejection of the device, at our discretion.
Repair or Replacement Under Warranty
All mobile phones and tablets include a 12โmonth warranty unless otherwise specified. If a covered fault develops, we will first attempt a repair; if we are unable to repair, weโll offer a suitable replacement.
Refund Timeframes
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it is usually processed within up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). After inspection, weโll issue your refund within 3 days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 2 working days (timing depends on your card issuer).
Repair Timeframes
After we receive your device for repair, weโll assess it and keep you updated. We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible; processing into the warehouse can take up to 3 working days, after which repair work begins.
How to Return an Item
- Email sales@refurb-phone.com to request a return.
- Weโll email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please clearly display this RMA on the outside of the parcel. Returns can only be processed with an official RMA number.
- Pack the device securely. Weโll email you the return instructions.

Important Notes
- Devices must be returned in the same condition as received. Water/liquid or physical damage may void the warranty and/or incur an admin fee to restore the device to working condition.
- Please include all required details and the RMA on the parcel to avoid delays.
