Design
The Garmin Forerunner 45S is a lightweight, small-format GPS running smartwatch with a round fiber-reinforced polymer case and a quick-release silicone strap. The watch body measures 39.5 x 39.5 x 11.4 mm and weighs 32 grams, designed specifically for smaller wrists (fitting wrist circumferences of 124 to 185 mm). Physical controls consist of five dedicated side buttons for navigation, backlighting, and activity tracking.
